1.	Sign up for Agent Voyager
	Choose Hosted or a premise based
	Agent Voyager lets you choose from a completely hosted (on-demand) service which requires no investment in hardware or communications bandwidth - OR can have the turn-key system installed on your premise.

2.	Have your hardware installed (Premise based systems only)
	It should take about two hours to install and test
	An Agent Voyager representative will arrive to install a small hardware appliance that is added to your network. (This requires a VoIP trunk to your site; which we can also provide.)

3.	Login to Agent Voyager for the first time
	We’ll provide you a unique URL and initial password to login, such as yourcompany.agentvoyager.com.

4.	Set up your agents & clients/accounts
	You can do this in about 15 minutes
	Create profiles for all your clients or accounts and set up agents with a voice and web password & various rights.

5.	Set up jobs
	Create specific jobs with a one click import of a calling list and select the agents you’d like to be assigned to that list. You also select the “mode” of a job: manual, automatic, blast or predictive.

6.	Agents Login and Start making calls
	Agents will login to both the voice and web components. This can be done from any phone or web browser – or even with a VoIP phone or “soft phone”.
